KEDI 2024 CSR DONATION CAMPAIGN: TOUCHING LIVES & SPREADING HOPE
As a socially responsible healthcare organization, KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited has consistently shown its commitment to improving the lives of the underprivileged. Through her Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, KEDI reaches out to communities in need, offering support and care to the underprivileged in the society.
In fulfilment of her Five Years Development Plan, KEDI magnanimously embarked on the second wave of her 2024 Donation Campaign, bringing hope and joy to children in 17 Orphanage Homes in states where her Training Centres are located across Nigeria.
On Wednesday, 2nd October, 2024; the second wave of KEDI 2024 CSR Donation Campaign took place at the Heart of Gold Children’s Hospice in Surulere, Lagos. This event marked the culmination of KEDI’s efforts to reach out to orphaned children, offering them hope, love, and much-needed supplies. The campaign, which is held every year, aims to provide essential support to orphanages, helping them meet some of their basic needs because KEDI believes in the importance of giving back to her host communities, especially to those who are most vulnerable.

KEDI CSR donation campaign is not just about providing physical items, but also about engaging and empowering the children. KEDI staff and distributors who were present at the various locations took time to bond with the children, offering words of encouragement and inspiration.
In addition to these motivational talks, KEDI Branch Marketing Officers led a fun and educative session with the children on “Handwashing”. The children learned about the dangers of not washing their hands properly as well as how they could live healthier by washing their hands. The children’s questions were answered, and they were indeed excited to participate in the games.
KEDI 2024 CSR Donation Campaign was more than just a charitable event, it was an opportunity to spread joy and remind the children that they are loved and valued. At the Lagos donation centre, Mr. Mellon Sheng, KEDI Marketing Manager, shared the benefits of joining KEDI business with the orphanage home’s administrators and assured the children that KEDI would continue to support them and wish them success in their future endeavors.
The Home Managers were deeply appreciative of KEDI’s generosity and expressed gratitude for the donations. They prayed for the continuous growth and success of KEDI Healthcare. While some locations allowed group pictures with only the administrators, others permitted the children to take pictures with KEDI staff and distributors, preserving the cherished memories of this great event.
As KEDI continues to bask in the success of her CSR campaign, the company remains steadfast in its commitment to positively impact the lives of the underprivileged. Through initiatives like the CSR Donation Campaign, KEDI ensures that the less fortunate are not forgotten and that they receive the support and care they deserve. As we look forward to future campaigns, we will continue our journey of giving back, touching lives, and making a meaningful difference in society.
