GRAND OPENING OF KEDI AKURE TRAINING CENTRE
Dignitaries, Top Leaders, designated representatives from the Company, distributors, residents and well-wishers from far and near had a swell time on 20th July, 2023 and 22nd July, 2023 as KEDI’s seventeenth Training Centre was opened for business operations in Akure, Ondo State.
The heavy downpour didn’t stop the elated audience from trooping out to partake in this epoch-making event as they turned up massively in glamour and splendour at the office premises situated at 118, Hospital Road opposite Aquinas College, Akure Road, Ondo State.
The good people of Akure couldn’t contain their joy as they unanimously poured encomium on the management of KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited for finally citing a Training Centre, an act which they considered long overdue.
The inauguration ceremony was flagged off on Thursday, 20th July, 2023 with a massive Roadshow which kicked off by 12 noon. Distributors and excited residents dressed in KEDI colour shirt, converged in front of the office premises as early as 10am in preparation for the day’s event. A Disc Jockey (DJ) was seen dishing out trending tunes through a sound amplifier as distributors, residents and passers-by danced along excitedly. Major roads were covered as distributors distributed flyers in clusters to passers-by and residents of the visited locations.
Saturday, 22nd July, 2023 was the D-day. Although the programme was scheduled to commence by 10am, the hall of about 300 sitting capacity was already filled up as at 9am. Elegantly-dressed dignitaries and distributors were seen bonding, networking and socializing ahead of the commencement of the programme. At exactly, 10:03am, the Branch Marketing Officer – Mr. Ajayi Samuel Odunayo declared the event open as he warmly welcomed everyone seated inside and outside the hall.
It is noteworthy that KEDI Akure Training Centre is the seventeenth of its kind as the Company hitherto had sixteen Training Centres in Ikeja, Apapa, Uyo, Benin, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Yola, Kano, Ilorin, Abuja, Bauchi, Onitsha, Ibadan, Bayelsa, Kaduna and Abeokuta respectively.
Representing the Company at this laudable event were Mr. Mellon Sheng – Marketing Manager, Mr. Joshua Igbatigbi – Marketing Deputy Manager and all KEDI Akure Branch Staff.
Top Leaders were not left out as they came elegantly dressed and fully prepared to represent the Company, motivate the audience and validate the Company’s authenticity. Some of the Top Leaders present include: Mr. Eniola Ajala, Dr. Egbeniyi Moses, Mr. Uthman Lukman, Mr. Ishola Najeem, Mr. Waliu Elegbede amongst others. Dignitaries were not left out as they walked in to have a first-hand experience of the health and wealth offerings of KEDI. Some of the dignitaries in attendance include: His Royal Majesty, Oba Iluyi, Rotimi F.C.A., the Oluyigba of Ijigba land, the Chief Imam of Ansarudeen Central Mosque, Ondo State, Reverend Dr. Saturday Ajayi Obateru, General J.O. Komolafe and so on.
After the opening prayer which was done in a Christian way by Reverend Saturday by 10:15am, all the dignitaries and top leaders were recognised and ushered to the seats reserved for them. Shortly afterwards, the Marketing Manager was welcomed with a loud ovation for his welcome address. As he delivered his speech, the elated audience could not hide their excitement as they cheered him on. He warmly welcomed everyone present and appreciated the good people of Akure for their warm reception and hard work towards making KEDI brand known and accepted in and outside the state. He reinstated the management’s commitment to provide them with all the support they need to accomplish the noble task.
After the Marketing Manager’s speech, it was time for the Oluji’s speech. The renowned Royal Father welcomed KEDI to Akure on behalf of the host community and promise the management that the indigenes will do their best to ensure that KEDI has a conducive working environment void of hostility and turmoil. Each Top Leader present also took turns to motivate the audience with their KEDI story, how they rose from zero level to become international icons courtesy KEDI business.
The hall was unmistakeably silent as the lecturers of the day took the audience through powerful sessions, the first session was on the efficacy of KEDI products while the second was on the basics of KEDI business. For clarity purpose, attendees took turns to ask questions particularly about the right dosage and combination of KEDI products as well as what they can do to enjoy the benefits of KEDI business.
In order to make the event more memorable, different varieties were slotted in between the testimony and lecture sessions. Varieties like raffle draw, cultural dance, airtime giveaway also known as ‘fastest finger game’ were used to thrill the audience. At the end of the raffle draw session, five different people won one Dolphin Massager each and ten people won airtime in the fastest finger game. Local dancers thrilled the audience with their dance steps.
Food and drink were given to each attendee after the cake-cutting session which was done by all dignitaries and top leaders present as led by the Branch Marketing Officer.
In his closing remark, the Marketing Deputy Manager appreciated all the attendees and urged those who were yet to register with KEDI to do so and start enjoying the true meaning of financial independence. To all existing distributors, he urged them to invest their time and efforts to grow their KEDI business because hard work does not go unrewarded in KEDI business.
Group photographs were taken after the closing prayer which was done in a muslin way by the Chief Imam of Ansarudeen Central Mosque, Ondo State and everyone went home elated.
