PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: ESSENTIAL TOOL FOR BUSINESS GROWTH

Wednesday, 16th February and Thursday, 17th February, 2022 are days to remember as distributors of KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited were taken through a 2-day intensive product training in line with the Company’s training schedule for the new business year.

In different waves annually, the Company trains her distributors on the components, efficacy, usage and benefits of her products with the aim of furnishing distributors with the requisite knowledge to enable them have adequate information about the products, prescribe same appropriately to their customers and ably represent the great KEDI brand in the global space.

This edition which was the first edition in 2022 was massive beyond expectations as distributors trooped out in their hundreds to the different training locations across the country to be mentally-equipped. The great turnout can also be attributed to the euphoria of the spring products which were launched earlier in the year as distributors were eager to be properly educated about the uniqueness and appropriate usage of the products.

Open to all interested distributors, the training featured different sessions – theoretical analysis, technical compositions and practical demonstrations of KEDI products. With the aid of carefully arranged and comprehensive power point slides, our seasoned lecturers left no stone unturned as they handled each product with every sense of professionalism and versatility.

The training was successfully held at all KEDI Training Centres, some selected Regional Offices and Service Centres across the country.

Representing the Company at the training were: Mr. Michael Wu – Sales Manager, Ms. Margaret Idonije – Marketing Deputy Manager, Mr. Nathaniel Adede – South Regional Supervisor, Mr. Nicholas Anigala – North Regional Supervisor, Ms. Kelechi Onyeri – North West Regional Officer, Mr. Abiodun Omolade – South West Regional Marketing Assistant, Mr. Emmanuel Ogazi – South East Regional Officer, Mrs. Jane Annieh – South Regional Marketing Assistant, Mr. Oluwaseun Bamidele – North Central Regional Officer and all Branch Staff nationwide. 

Top distributors were not left out as they also came out en masse to give the event a facelift and also share their personal experiences about the efficacy of KEDI products. Some of the top distributors in attendance include: Chief Richard Adiele, Dr. Ememka Anyanwu, Mr. Omotosho Kehinde, Mr. Abdulrafiu Olabamiji, Mr. Isaac Ajisafe, Mr. Atunwa Olaoluwa, Mr. Ayuba Daniel, Mr. Adedamola Adetoro, Mr. Zechariah Chiejine, Mr. Egbeniyi Moses, Mrs. Orji Roseline Chinyere amongst others.

The training was turned into a full blown event in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State as the training week coincided as the birth week of KEDI Ekiti Regional Manager – Mr. Isaac Ajisafe. Hence, apart from furnishing attendees with apt knowledge about KEDI products, attendees were treated to interesting varieties, sumptuous meals and amazing gifts courtesy the celebrant. Some of the attendees won selected KEDI products for participating in the raffle draw session.

In Owerri, Imo State distributors expressed their profound gratitude to the management of KEDI for their thoughtfulness and magnanimity as they admitted that the knowledge gathered from this training will go a long way in helping them correctly present, represent and prescribe the products to the end users which will undoubtedly translate to more sales on the long run.

The efficacy of KEDI 7-Layer Panty Liner was tested in Makurdi, Benue State as the ecstatic audience couldn’t hide their amazement when the unique Panty Liner was unveiled and tested. Top distributors in Minna, Niger State took turns to share their KEDI product testimonies. They also exhaustively explained the importance of proper prescription of the products in order to get the desired result. In an after-event interview, one of the lecturers enjoined the management of KEDI not to relent in mentally equipping her distributors because distributors will represent the company in their different geographic locations to the level of their knowledge hence, continuous training and retraining exercise should be provided for them.

Wrapping up the event in Ikeja Training Centre, the Sales Manager – Mr. Michael Wu, extended the management’s love and warm wishes to all the distributors and assured them that there are more free and phenomenal training lined up for them in the course of the year. He also urged them to not just attend the training but strive to make the most of the training by appropriately representing the great KEDI brand wherever they find themselves all over the world. He also reiterated the Company’s commitment to continuously provide more efficacious healthcare products in a bid to provide sound health to mankind.
