RELEARNING FOR BUSINESS GROWTH – THIRD EDITION OF KEDI 2021 FOUNDATION TRAINING
Just as no great building can be erected on a weak foundation, no great business can be built on a weak foundation, the higher the height of the achievement you are aiming at in life or in business, the deeper and stronger the foundation because the quality of the foundation determines the aftermath of whatever is erected on it.
It is in line with the above that KEDI organized three different editions of Foundation Training this year. KEDI Foundation Training is a qualitative training specially packaged to groom all One Star Consultant Distributors to Four Star Consultant Distributors and familiarize them with the intricacies of the business in order to help them grow. The first edition was successfully held on 15th and 16th February, 2021; the second edition was held in like manner on 24th and 25th May, 2021 while the third edition which doubles as the last edition for the year, was held on 17th and 18th November, 2021.
It was indeed a good way to end the Company’s training calendar for the year as thousands of people trooped out with the aim of learning and relearning about the Company’s Marketing Plan, Products, Policies and other fundamental modern practices that are imperative for growth and relevance in the business.
Some of the locations where the training was held are Ikeja Training Centre in Lagos, Apapa Training Centre in Lagos, Kano Training Centre in Kano State, Benin Training Centre in Edo State, Enugu Training Centre in Enugu State, Port-Harcourt Training Centre in Rivers State, Ilorin Training Centre in Kwara State, Uyo Training Centre in Akwa-Ibom State, Abuja Training Centre in the Federal Capital Territory, Yola Training Centre in Adamawa State, Ibadan Training Centre in Oyo State, Bauchi Training Centre in Bauchi State, Onitsha Training Centre in Anambra State, Bayelsa Training Centre in Bayelsa State, Kaduna Training Centre in Kaduna State, Owerri Regional Office in Imo State, Abeokuta Regional Office in Ogun State, Osogbo Regional Office in Osun State, Ado-Ekiti Regional Office in Ekiti State, Aba Regional Office in Abia State, Sapele in Delta State, Dutse in Jigawa State, Sokoto in Sokoto State, Minna in Niger State and Akure in Ondo State.
Representing the Company at this 2-day training were: Ms. Margaret Idonijie – North Regional Supervisor, Mr. Nathaniel Adede – South Regional Supervisor, Mr. Nicholas Anigala – North Regional Supervisor, Ms. Kelechi Onyeri – North West Regional Officer, Mr. Abiodun Omolade – South West Regional Marketing Assistant, Mr. Emmanuel Ogazi – South East Regional Officer, Mrs. Amaka Annieh – South South Regional Marketing Assistant, Bamidele Oluwaseun – North East Regional Officer and all Branch Staff nationwide.
Top Leaders were not left out as they came en masse to not just represent the Company but also to motivate the new distributors and stir up greatness in them. Some of the top leaders in attendance include: Mr. Opeyemi Akano, Alhaji Adamu Ibrahim, Dr. Musa Ibrahim, Mr. Bolanle Ogundimiyo, Mr. Anthony Okugbowa, Alhaji Kolawole Ismail, Dr. Abubakar Efuman, Mrs. Funmilayo Gbadeyan, Mr. Kazeem Olanrewaju, Mr. Saabe, Mr. Kilanko Richard, Chief Rich Adiele, Mr. Isaac Ajisafe, Mr. Egbeniyi Moses, Mr. Adeniran Adeyinka to mention a few.
The two days training was lit in Akure, Ondo State. Attendees who left the training venue with so much elation after listening to the grass to grace stories of Top Distributors present on the first day of the training, brought their family members, friends and social affiliates to attend the second day training as they all wanted their loved ones to partner with KEDI and live a fulfilled life just like the Top Distributors assured them and as a result, over fifty persons registered instantly to enjoy the sound health and great wealth that KEDI offers.
The unrest in Southern Kaduna did not stop the training from holding at our Kaduna Training Centre. If anything, attendees came to the training venue determined and willing to learn how to grow their business and consequently, earn more and enjoy more privileges that KEDI dishes out to her distributors.
Alhaji Adamu Ibrahim, a multiple award-winning distributor who has won two cars in KEDI Car Award Promo and has also enjoyed an all-expense paid trip to Saudi Arabia was present at the training venue in Dutse, Jigawa State. As usual, Alhaji Ibrahim delivered his lecture in Hausa language for easy comprehension while another senior distributor present at the venue, interpreted in English language for the purpose of the few people who do not understand Hausa language. Alhaji Ibrahim showed the attendees one of the cars he won courtesy KEDI Car Award Promo. He equally shared with them other privileges that he has enjoyed as a registered KEDI distributor and assured the attendees that KEDI is a reputable partner that can be trusted for health and wealth and as if that was all the attendees needed to hear, they left the venue with so much zeal to strategically manage their business and team in order to record more achievements and consequently earn more rewards.
In Sapele, Delta State, the first day of the training was a colorful one as distributors chanted the slogan of the Company excitedly as a way of showing their continuous support for the great KEDI brand. The seasoned lecturers professionally delivered each section with the aid of a voice amplifier and carefully displayed Power Point Presentation slides. Distributors were given the opportunity to ask questions, voice out their fears as the lecturers did justice to their questions and cleared their doubts by sharing with them the Company’s plans, policies and compensatory packages which have been in place for over fifteen years.
At the end of the 2-day training, certificates were presented to the attendees, group photographs were taken, and the attendees extended their appreciation to the management of KEDI for their magnanimity and promised to replicate all that they have been taught and also remain worthy ambassadors of the great KEDI brand wherever they find themselves in the world. As the training calendar closes for the year 2021, we urge our distributors to put all that they have learnt to good use even as they look forward to more in-depth training in different phases in the incoming business year because the Company is now committed more than ever to provide distributors with qualitative and intensive training in order to mentally-equip them for business growth.
