 KEDI WEBSITE RETURN POLICY

Where you have purchased any product on our website, www.kedihealth.com, https://kedishopping.mystagingwebsite.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”), you have within Seven (7) days from the date of your receipt of the Product to return such Product if such Product fall under the category of Products eligible for return. 

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Products with factory/production error;
  • Wrongly supplied Products as a result of our error or default;
  • Other Products which the Company has decided can be returned.

PRODUCTS RETURN CONDITION

Depending on the exact scenario of the Product Return, Product to be returned should be returned in the following condition:

  • Product must not be opened and it must be returned in its original packaging; seals, shrink wrap or other form of packaging must be intact; this applies to wrongly supplied Products;
  • Product must have relevant seals or shrink wraps or other form of packaging (if any) intact and it must be returned in its original packaging, not repackaged; this applies to Products with factory/production error or other Products that the Company may change in its discretion.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR PRODUCT RETURN

If you wish to return a Product, kindly follow the instruction below:

  • Product Return for Products Delivered by a Registered Distributor:

Where the Product was delivered to you by our registered distributor and you made payment for the Product directly to the distributor, the return shall be in the following manner:

  • Contact the distributor directly and inform him/her of your Product Return request. If you do not have the contact details of the distributor you can contact the Company by sending an email to our Customer Care department on customercare@kedihealth.comto request for the contact details of the distributor or to inform the Company to help you contact the distributor;
  • Where the distributor has been contacted, the distributor will inform you if he/she will do a refund or replacement of the Product; the distributor has the discretion to decide if he/she can replace the Product or do a refund;
  • Where distributor informs you that a refund or replacement of Products cannot be done and you disagree with the decision of the distributor, you can send an email to our Customer Care department on customercare@kedihealth.comto seek the Company’s intervention. Once we have conducted our investigation and we are able to validate your claims, we will contact the distributor and any replacement or refund will be done directly by the distributor to you.
  • Product Return for Products Purchased via Online Payment:

Where you paid online for the Products and the Product was delivered to you directly by the Company, the return shall be in the following manner:

  • Contact the Company by sending an email to the Customer Care department on customercare@kedihealth.com, giving a detailed explanation or description of the Product with a purchase receipt or other relevant purchase documents and a picture of the Product that was delivered to you (picture should clearly show the reason/claim for the Product Return) as a means of evidence. Once we have conducted our investigation and we are able to validate your claims we will contact you and issue further instructions on how the Product should be returned.   
  • Once we have received the Product, we will ensure that you get a resolution. If we are unable at the time of return to replace the returned Product, we will make a refund to you or reimburse your bankcard for the amount initially debited for the purchase. We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund.

RETURN SHIPPING/DELIVERY FEES

Where the Product was delivered to you by our registered distributor, or where the Product was delivered to you directly by the Company, the distributor or the Company will communicate with you on the exact shipping/delivery fees (if any) and how the cost will be borne.  

GENERAL TERMS

  • For the purpose of this Policy, “Company” or “our” means KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling cannot be returned.
  • The Company will only make a replacement or refund or reimbursement for a returned Product after due investigations have been conducted and the claim for the Product Return has been validated by us.
  • You will not be able to return a Product where the time frame for return has elapsed.
  • Please note that this Return Policy only applies to Product order or purchase made from the Website. All other Policies (Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy) notified under the Site Navigation section (see Links provided at the bottom of the Home Page) are integral parts of this Return Policy. You are advised to read the Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy together. This Product ReturnPolicy was last updated in October 2024.  We reserve the right to update this Return Policy from time to time and we will notify you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Return Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Return Policy by your continued use of this Website or your continued use of the Website for Product purchase after the date such revised Return Policy is posted.
