The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things but one who continuously makes effort to learn, unlearn and relearn because leadership and learning are inextricably indispensable to each other and learning on the other hand, is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and attended with diligence.
It is in view of this and in a bid to groom business leaders who are highly knowledgeable about the company they represent and her delectable offerings that the management of KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited organized an intensive training for her amiable distributors on Wednesday, 25th and Thursday, 26th August, 2021 at all her Training Centres and some other selected centres across the country.
The training which lasted for two days was open to Five Star Consultant Distributors and above and it was cordially received and attended by distributors who affirmed that the training is an eye opener to deeper concepts of modern business practices which will undoubtedly improve their mental capacity and impact their business remarkably.
Some of the locations where the training was held include: Apapa Training Centre in Lagos, Kano Training Centre in Kano State, Benin Training Centre in Edo State, Enugu Training Centre in Enugu State, Port-Harcourt Training Centre in Rivers State, Ilorin Training Centre in Kwara State, Uyo Training Centre in Akwa-Ibom State, Abuja Training Centre in the Federal Capital Territory, Yola Training Centre in Adamawa State, Ibadan Training Centre in Oyo State, Bauchi Training Centre in Bauchi State, Onitsha Training Centre in Anambra State, Owerri Regional Office in Imo State, Onitsha Regional Office in Anambra State, Abeokuta Regional Office in Ogun State, Osogbo Regional Office in Osun State, Ado-Ekiti Regional Office in Ekiti State, Aba Regional Office in Abia State and Southwest Regional Office in Ibadan, Oyo State. Some other centres were also selected to host this training like Asaba in Delta State, Damaturu in Yobe State, Sango-ota in Ogun State, Suleja in Niger State, Orlu in Imo State, Calabar in Cross River State and Ikare-Akoko in Ondo State.

With the aid of carefully designed power point presentation slides and a voice amplifier device, different lectures were delivered on Code of Ethics of KEDI business, Team Management, Importance & Purpose of Leadership, Conflict Management, Excellent Leadership Qualities, the Intricacies of MLM business, Financial Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, the Art of Communication in Business amongst others.
Attendees in Suleja, Niger State attested to the fact that the training was transformative, informative, interactive, inspiring and motivating. They applauded the lecturers who they claimed were versed and highly professional in the delivery of the lectures. They then extended their heartfelt gratitude to the management of KEDI for providing them with such magnitude of training free of charge.
The political unrest in Ibadan, Oyo State did not stop distributors from attending the training as they trooped out en mass, hours before the commencement of the training and listened with rapt attention as the lecturers dished out extensive nuggets on business growth, business management as well as destructive habit in Multilevel Marketing.
The presence of the community leader at Ikare-Akoko in Ondo State gave the training a glam tone. Members of the community leader’s cabinet were also present to validate KEDI offerings and encourage distributors to launch into the community and spread the goodwill message of KEDI in a bid to liberate more people from the shackles of poverty which is fast eating deep into the fabric of the society.
Although the training started late in Calabar, Cross River State as a result of government’s strict restriction on movement which was necessitated by the ongoing community festival, distributors eventually congregated to partake of the life-transforming training geared towards knowledge impartation. A brainstorming session ended the training on the second day at all the respective training venues. Service Centre Owners had a meeting with the company’s representatives where they appreciated the management for always seeking to exceed their expectations and also requested for more periodic training as well as a well-mapped out policy to help distributors cushion the effect of the price increase on their business. In response, the company’s representatives assured the distributors of management’s efforts and plans to mitigate the effect of the price increase as evident in the soon-to-commence seasonal promo and other soft promos which have been designed to motivate and compensate the distributors for their commitment and loyalty to the great KEDI brand. With that warm assurance, distributors left the venue fulfilled and filled with so much enthusiasm and zest to take over the world for KEDI.
