As a forward-thinking organization who continuously seeks to meet and exceeds customer satisfaction and delivers nothing short of excellence to her distributors all over the world, the management of KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited held a meeting with all her Regional Managers nationwide on Thursday, 12th August, 2021 at her Corporate Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.

The Regional Managers Meeting was organized to bridge the communication gap between the management and all her Regional Managers across the country, formulate an integrated management system to improve the quality of service and stock performance at distribution level, review existing corporate policies and come up with more favorable and business friendly policies to help distributors and customers worldwide enjoy and explore the benefits embedded in the Company’s Five Years Development Plan.

The annual meeting which was officially flagged off this year (2021), turned out to be a purposeful gathering as Regional Managers flew in from their various business catchment areas to participate in the maiden edition of this wonderful gathering. Regional Managers in attendance were: Mr. Adediran Adeyinka – Osun Regional Manager, Mr. Moses Egbeniyi – Oyo Regional Manager, Mr. Richard Kilanko – Ogun Regional Manager, Mr. Isaac Ajisafe – Ekiti Regional Manager, Chief Rich Adiele – Imo Regional Manager and Mr. Zion Adegbemisoye – Benin Republic Regional Manager.

Company representatives in attendance were: Mr. Bryan Gu – Marketing Manager, Mr. Michael Wu – Sales Manager, Mr. Charles Nweke – Marketing Manager, Mr. Joshua Okpanwu – Marketing Deputy Manager, Ms. Margeret Idonijie – Marketing Deputy Manager and Mr. Nathaniel Adede – South Regional Supervisor.

The meeting commenced at exactly 10:15am with an opening prayer after which the Sales Manager warmly welcomed everyone to the meeting and officially declared the meeting open for apt deliberations. The Regional Managers took turns to appreciate the management for this highly commendable initiative which they affirmed will go a long way to boost their sales and hitherto advance the Company imminently.

Some of the issues raised by the Regional Managers include: the unpredictable effect of the price increase, the stiffness of competition in the industry,the cooperation between the regions and the Head Offices amongst others. They provided some practicable suggestions to help the company move forward. They equally appealed to the management for a swift review of distributors’ benefits with the intent that more alluring promotions and benefits would go a long way in encouraging distributors’ performance and improving brand loyalty.

Representing the management, the Sales Manager in response to the issues raised by the Regional Managers assured them of the management’s unflinching support and total commitment towards providing more support systems to help distributors enjoy life transforming privileges while they strive to grow their business. He took time to explain the peculiarity of the forthcoming September to November Promo which he claimed was handsomely reviewed to mitigate the price increase which is slated to take effect in September 2021.

Gifts were presented to all the Regional Managers in appreciation of their loyalty, hard work and outstanding business performance in the business. Imo Regional Manager, Chief Rich Adiele whose birthday coincided with the day of the meeting, was celebrated in grand style by KEDI management in recognition of his contributions in the business over the years. Group photographs were taken by all and the meeting was adjourned to the first quarter of next year (2022).
