KNOWLEDGE FOR BUSINESS GROWTH – KEDI 2021 FOUNDATION TRAINING
Training is essential in Network Marketing. It is the bedrock of success for Network Marketers because it equips them with the required skillset, toolset and mindset to help them grow and make waves in the industry. It is against this backdrop that KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited packaged several qualitative training in different phases, in different strategic locations across the country.
As the world begins to ‘heave a sigh of relief’ after the severe impact of the global pandemic which caused a major economic downturn across the globe and birth a new normal, businesses (especially Multi-level Marketing) are fast embracing normalcy and KEDI Healthcare Industries is not left behind.
In line with the company’s Five Years Development Plan hinged on providing free and qualitative training to help her distributors grow their businesses effortlessly, KEDI has mapped out several training which will be dished out periodically throughout the course of the current business year. KEDI Foundation Training commenced in 2011 in response to the distributors’ request for a profound training aimed at offering distributors the basic knowledge of the business and furnishing them with the nitty-gritty of the business. Ever since, the training has become an annual gathering of apt knowledge impartation.
The company kick-started her Training Schedule for the year with the first wave of KEDI 2021 Foundation Training which was successfully held at all her Branch Offices, some selected Regional Offices and Service Centres across the country as thousands of distributors trooped out regardless of the weather condition to learn, be empowered and grow remarkably.
Some of the Cities and States where KEDI 2021 Foundation Training was held include: Apapa Training Centre in Lagos, Kano Training Centre in Kano State, Benin Training Centre in Edo State, Enugu Training Centre in Enugu State, Port-Harcourt Training Centre in Rivers State, Ilorin Training Centre in Kwara State, Uyo Training Centre in Akwa-Ibom State, Abuja Training Centre in the Federal Capital Territory, Yola Training Centre in Adamawa State, Ibadan Training Centre in Oyo State, Bauchi Training Centre in Bauchi State, Onitsha Training Centre in Anambra State, Owerri Regional Office in Imo State, Onitsha Regional Office in Anambra State, Abeokuta Regional Office in Ogun State, Osogbo Regional Office in Osun State, Ado-Ekiti Regional Office in Ekiti State, Aba Regional Office in Abia State and Southwest Regional Office in Ibadan, Oyo State. Some Service Centres were also selected to host this training like SC 341 in Adamawa State and SC 363 in Niger State.
Representing the company at this training are: Mr. Charles Nweke – Marketing Manager, Mr. Joshua Igbatigbi – Deputy Manager, Ms. Margaret Idonije – North Regional Supervisor, Mr. Nathaniel Adede – South Regional Supervisor, Mr. Nicholas Anigala – North East Regional Officer, Ms. Kelechi Onyeri – North West Regional Officer, Mr. Abel Akogwu – South East Regional Marketing Assistant, Mr. Abiodun Omolade – South West Regional Marketing Assistant, Mr. Emmanuel Ogazi – South East Regional Officer, Mrs. Amaka Annieh – South South Regional Marketing Assistant and all Branch Staff nationwide.
The training which was organized for One Star Consultant Distributors to Four Star Consultant Distributors also had in attendance top leaders and dignitaries who trooped out to share their knowledge and experiences with the attendees in a bid to propel them towards business excellence. Some of the top leaders and dignitaries who graced the training in the different venues across the country include: Mr. Isaac Ajisafe, Mr. Muiliyu Fatai Adesina, Mr. Egbeniyi Moses, Mr. Majekodunmi Adebunmi, Mr. Kolawale Ismahael, Mr. Kazeem Adesanya, Mr. Lukman Wahab, Mr. Abiola Olatunji, Mr. Ikenna Duru, Mrs. Ifeoma Alamezie, Mr. Fabode Akeem, Mr. Yahaya Abdulkadiri, Mr. Emmanuel Obonah, Mr. Anthony Anosike, Mr. Talent Emmanuel, Mrs. Veronica Emmanuel, Mr. Adediran Adeyinka, Dr. Kawuwa Bakari, Alhaji Adamu Ibrahim amongst many others.
The two-day training was professionally coordinated and the insightful sessions were handled by top distributors as well as seasoned lecturers who delivered the lecture in simple terms for easy comprehension. Some of the topics that were painstakingly handled by the lecturers include: the Success Rules of Network Marketing, the Concept of Teamwork, the Basics of MLM Prospecting, the Concept of Team Building, the Basics of KEDI Business, KEDI’s Compensation Plan as well as KEDI’s Quality Products and how to prescribe them appropriately.
About eight different lectures were delivered each day of the two-day training and each of the lectures was geared towards providing the distributors with the knowledge of KEDI products, KEDI business, the competitive nature of the industry and how they can position themselves to attain excellence regardless. After each lecture, attendees were given the privilege to ask questions where confused. The second day of the training was loaded as the company’s representatives held a meeting with Service Centre Owners and Top Leaders present in all the venues of the training across the country.
The Top Leaders took turns to share their ‘grass to grace stories’ in a bid to motivate the attendees and charge them up to believe in themselves, focus on the path they have chosen and give the business their best shot as therein lies the success and freedom they are earnestly seeking. Certificates were awarded to the attendees, group photographs were taken and the attendees left the training venue charged up and ready to KEDIFY the world. In an interview with some of the attendees after the training, they expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the management of KEDI Healthcare Industries for providing a platform where distributors can get trained and certified for business excellence. They then promised to replicate all they have been taught and become worthy ambassadors of the company wherever they find themselves within or outside the country and to tenaciously pursue the company’s mission, vision and goals.
