Our products, healthcare equipment, registration information and other business information (herein collectively referred to as our “Services”) on this Website are available only to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years, by proceeding to use any of the Services either by registering to become a distributor or placing a product order, you acknowledge and warrant that you are over eighteen (18) years of age.

We strive to ensure that our Services on this Website are described as accurately and up to date as possible. However, we give no undertaking as to the availability of any Service advertised on this Website. Where we become aware of the need to update any information, we reserve the right to do so at any time. Other relevant information on the KEDI business are stated in other printed material of the Company.

Although we are constantly updating our offerings of Services on our Website, the Services available on our Site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information and in our advertising. PRODUCT ORDER

The prices of our products are in Nigeria Naira (NGN) and are VAT exclusive and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Payment for the products can either be by pay on delivery or pay online on our Website and you will be notified of the exact payment method at the point of checkout. Shipping/delivery is an additional charge and the fixed price is as displayed at the point of checkout and we reserve the right to amend the price at any time.

You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase order including, without limitation, your bank card number, the expiration date of your bank card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any bank card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase order; and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that KEDI Healthcare is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of purchases.

We reserve the right to limit, accept or reject your order for certain reasons including but not limited to; product availability, where a product has been listed at the incorrect price, incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error, or with a similar oversight or if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We are not obligated to give a reason for rejecting your offer to purchase.  If for any reason we cancel your order and you have made payment online, and your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited. You expressly agree that KEDI Healthcare cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such limit or cancellation.

Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel your order (even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending).

Following your product order, the transportation and delivery of the product to your address is undertaken by a registered distributor of the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, product order or delivery shall not be construed or interpreted as creating any agency relationship between KEDI Healthcare and any person, including you.

Legal title to all products purchased on this Website passes to you when you have made payment and received the product (“Product Sale”). All risk of loss or damage to your ordered product passes to you when you receive the ordered product.

By purchasing on this Website, you agree that the relevant Product Sale is to be taken to have occurred and the sales contract formed in Nigeria and is to be governed by the laws of Nigeria, notwithstanding your location or the location in which you reside at the time you place your order or make your payment.
