DEFINITION OF TERMS

Any person who is introduced by a sponsor to KEDI, purchase a KEDI business kit and submits a completed application for international distributorship to the Company, becomes a KEDI international distributor after authorization by the company.

A distributor who introduces another individual to the KEDI business opportunity as a distributor, also referred to as upline.

The distributor(s) sponsored by you directly.

The distributors as a whole, excluding your direct downline(s) in your downline network.

The distributor’s network generated through the sponsoring by any one of your direct downlines (the network also include your this direct downlines).

A distributor in your downline network with the same status as you.

This is the value the Company assigns to each product and is used to calculate the distributors’ bonus. The bonus value is calculated in US Dollars. 1BV = 1US$

This is the value the Company assigns to each product and is used to calculate the distributors’ status and level.

The total PV of the products purchased directly from the Company by a distributor with his/her own KEDI identification number in a specific month.

Consists of two components (both in a specific month). The first is the personal BV of all the direct downlines of a distributor that does not exceed 250BV. The second is personal BV of that distributor that exceeds 250BV.

Consists of two components (both in a specific month). The first is the personal BV of all the direct downlines of a distributor that  exceeds 250BV. The second is personal BV of all the indirect downlines of that distributor.

Consists of three components. The first is the personal PV that does not exceed 250PV. The second is the cumulative direct PV. The third is the cumulative indirect PV.

It is the difference between the total network BV of a distributor generated in a specific month and total network BV generated by his/her same and higher status downlines distributors in that specific month. The distributor of this level will receive 5% direct bonus on his/her direct BV.

To qualify:

Option 1 — Make a cumulative purchase of the products for no less than 250BV

Option 2 — Make a once-off purchase of products no less than 250BV

He will be promoted to Three-Star Consultant that month.

Benefits:

The distributor of this level will receive 20% direct bonus on his/her direct BV and corresponding indirect bonus in that specific month.

To Qualify:

Option 1 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least three networks which contain one Three-Star Consultant in each network and which the CPV of the total network is at 1000PV or more

 

Option 2 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least two networks which contain one Three-Star Consultant in each network and which the CPV of the total network is at 2000PV or more

Option 3 — Create a cumulative PBV of 1000PV or more.

He/she will be promoted as Four-Star Consultant in that month.

Benefits:

The distributor of this level will receive 25% direct bonus on his/her direct BV and corresponding indirect bonus in that specific month.

To qualify:

Option 1 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least three networks, there are at least three networks which contain one Four-Star Consultant in each network and which the CPV of the total network is at 4000PV or more.

Option 2 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least two networks which contain one Four-Star Consultant in each network, which the CPV of the total network is at 8000PV or more

He/She will be promoted as Five Star Consultant in that month.

Benefits:

  • At this level the PPV of the distributor must be no less than 20PV in that specific month
  • The distributor of this level will receive 30% direct bonus on his/her direct BV and corresponding indirect bonus in that specific month

When the group GBV of the distributor is no less than 500BV he/she will receive 1% of the GBV of the first generation of SSD in that specific month as the Leadership Bonus.

To qualify:

Option 1 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least three networks which contain one Five-Star Consultant in each network, which the CPV of the total network is at 20,000PV or more

Option 2 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least two networks which contain one Five-Star Consultant in each network, which the CPV of the total network is at 40,000PV or more.

He/ She will be promoted as Six-Star Consultant in that month.

Benefits & Responsibilities:

  • At this level the PPV of the distributor must be no less than 50PV in that specific month
  • The distributor of this level will receive 35% direct bonus on his/her direct BV and corresponding indirect bonus in that specific month.
  • When the group GBV of the distributor is no less than 800BV, he/she will receive 1% of the GBV of the first generation of SSD and 0.5% of the GBV of the second generation of SSD in that specific month as the Leadership Bonus.

To qualify:

Option 1 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least three networks which contain one Six- Star Consultant in each network, which the CPV of the total network is at 80,000PV or more.

Option 2 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least two direct networks which contain one Six-Star Consultant Star consultant in each network, the CPV of the total network is at 160,000PV or more. He / she will be promoted as Seven Star Consultant in the following month.

Benefits and Responsibilities:

  • At this level the PPV of the distributor must be no less than 100PV in that specific month.
  • The distributor of this level will receive 40% direct bonus on his / her direct BV and corresponding indirect bonus in that specific month.
  • When the group GBV of the distributor is no less than 1, 600BV, he /she will receive 1% of the GBV of the first generation of SSD and 0.5% of the GBV of the second and the third generation of SSD in that specific month as the Leadership Bonus.
  1. Eight-Star Consultant

To qualify:

Option 1 ……… Among the whole direct networks, there are at least three networks which contain one Seven-Star Consultant in each network, which the CPV of the total network is at 320,000PV or more.

Option 2……… Among the whole direct networks, there are at least two networks which contain one Seven-Star Consultant in each network, which the CPV of the total network is at 640,000PV or more, He / She will be promoted as Eight Star Consultant in the following month.

Benefits and Responsibilities:

  • At this level the PPV of the distributor must be no less than 200PV in that specific month
  • The distributor of this level will receive 45% direct bonus on his/her direct BV and corresponding indirect bonus in that specific month.

When the group GBV of the distributor is no less than 2,500BV, he/she will receive 1% of the GBV of the first and second generation of SSD  and 0.5% of the GBV of the third, fourth and fifth generation of SSD in that specific month as the Leadership Bonus.

To qualify:

Option 1 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least three networks which contain one Seven-Star Consultant in each network, which the CPV of the total network is at 320,000PV or more.

Option 2 — Among the whole direct networks, there are at least two direct networks which contain one Seven-Star Consultant in each network, the CPV of the total network is at 640,000PV or more. He/she will be promoted as Eight-Star Consultant in the following month.

Benefits and Responsibilities:

  • At this level the PPV of the distributor must be no less than 200PV in that specific month.
  • The distributor of this level will receive 45% direct bonus on his / her direct BV and corresponding indirect bonus in that specific month.
  • When the group GBV of the distributor is no less than 2, 500BV, he /she will receive 1% of the GBV of the first generation of SSD and 0.5% of the GBV of the third, fourth and fifth generation of SSD in that specific month as the Leadership Bonus.

To qualify: among the whole direct networks there are at least two direct networks containing one Eight star consultant in each network.

Benefits & Responsibilities:

  • The PPV of the distributor must be no less than 200PV in that specific month.
  • The distributor of this level will receive 45% direct bonus on his /her direct BV and corresponding indirect bonus in that specific month.
  • When the group GBV of the distributor is no less than 2,500BV, he/she will receive 1% of the GBV of the first and second generation of SSD and 0.5% of the GBV of the third and fourth and fifth generation of SSD in that specific month as the leadership bonus
  • When the distributor’s BV , excluding those of eight star consultants downline networks ( of that specific month), is no less than 2,500BV, he/she will share the one star manager Honorary Bonus(1%).

To qualify: among the whole direct networks there are at least three direct networks containing one Eight-Star consultant in each network.

Benefits & Responsibilities:

In addition to the corresponding benefits of One-Star manager, he/she will also share the Two-star manager Honorary Bonus (0.75%) on the condition that the distributors BV, excluding those of Eight-Star consultants downl8ne networks (of that specific month), is no less than 1,600BV.

To qualify; among the whole direct networks there are at least four direct networks containing one Eight-Star consultant in each network.

In addition to the corresponding benefits of Two Star Manager, he/she will also share the Three star Manager Honorary Bonus (0.5%) on the condition that the distributor’s BV, excluding those of Eight –star consultants downline networks (of that specific month), is no less than 800BV.

To qualify: Among the whole direct networks there are at least five direct networks containing one Eight-Star consultant in each network.

Benefits & Responsibilities

In addition to the corresponding benefits of  Three star manger, he/she will also share the One-star Director Honorary Bonus (0.5%) on the condition that there are at least five direct networks, each of which has one Eight-star consultant whose TNBV is no less than 25, 000BV.

To qualify: among the whole direct networks there are at least six direct networks containing one Eight –Star consultant in each network.

Benefits & Responsibilities:

In addition to the corresponding benefits of One-star Director, he/she will also share the two-star Director Honorary Bonus (0.5%) on the condition that there are at least six direct networks, each of which has one Eight-star consultant whose TNBV is no less than 25,000BV.

To qualify: among the whole direct networks, there are at least seven direct networks containing one Eight-Star consultant in each network.

Benefits & Responsibilities:

In addition to the corresponding benefits of Two-Star director, he/she will also share the Three-Star Director Honorary Bonus (0.5%) on the condition that there are at least seven networks, each of which has one Eight –star consultant whose TNBV is no less than 25,000BV.

To qualify: among the whole direct networks, there are at least eight direct networks containing one Eight-Star consultant in each network.

Benefits & Responsibilities:

In addition to the corresponding benefits of three-star director, he/she will also share the four-star Director Honorary Bonus (0.5%) on the condition that there are at least eight networks, each of which has one Eight –star consultant whose TNBV is no less than 25,000BV.

To qualify: among the whole direct networks there are at least ten direct networks containing one Eight-Star consultant in each network.

Benefits & Responsibilities:

In addition to the corresponding benefits of Four-star director, he/she will also share the Five-star director Honorary (0.5%) on the condition that there are at least ten direct networks, each of which has one Eight-star consultant whose TNBV is no less than 25,000BV.

To qualify: among the whole direct networks there are at least four direct networks containing one Three-star manager in each network.

Benefits & Responsibilities:

In addition to Three-star managers corresponding benefits, he/she will also share the honorary chairman status (0.25%) on the condition that there are at least four direct networks, each of which has one Three-star manager whose TNBV in that specific month is no less than 100,000BV.

CODE OF ETHICS AND RULES AND REGULATIONS

The KEDI Code of Ethics is established by KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Distributors are required to observe the KEDI Code of Ethics at all the times. The Company reserves the right to terminate any distributorship at any time for any violation.

Upon registration, distributors are expected to pledge the following:

  1. I will uphold and follow the KEDI Code of Ethics as stated from time to time in the official KEDI manuals and other literature, observing not only the letter, but also the spirit of this Code.
  2. I will follow the highest standards of honesty, integrity and responsibility in the KEDI business. Because I recognize that my actions as a distributor have far-reaching effects, not only on my own business, but on that of other distributors as well.
  3. I will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Direct Sales Act at all times.
  4. I will not resort to any fraudulent act in promoting the KEDI business at the expense of the Company.
  5. I will present the KEDI Marketing Plan accurately and honestly and clearly portray the level of effort required to achieve success.
  6. I will present all products and services and the business opportunity to my customers and prospects in a truthful and honest manner, and I will make only such claims as are sanctioned in the official KEDI literature.
  7. I will not make negative or disparaging remarks about the Company, its products, officers and employees, affiliates or representatives.
  8. I will not retail the products of the Company at markdown or markup prices.
  9. I will not use the Company’s trade name, information, literature, gathering of people or other resources of the Company to further other business interests.
  10. I will strive to ensure that my customers and fellow distributors are satisfied with the products of the Company and my services.
  11. I will be courteous and prompt in handling any and all complaints.
  12. I will accept and carry out the various prescribed responsibilities of a distributor as set forth in the official KEDI literature.

The following Rules and Regulations (KEDI Rules and Regulations) of KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) are implemented with the purpose of safeguarding the rights and regulating the obligations of its distributors, rather than restraining their independent business activities.

In order to mould all distributors of the Company to be responsible and ethical, distributors ought to understand and abide by the Rules and Regulations, failure to do so will result in termination of distributorship.

The Company reserves the sole right to adopt, amend, modify, supplement, or rescind any or all the following Rules and Regulations without having to issue any prior notice or clarification:

  • ELIGIBILITY TO BECOME A DISTRIBUTOR
    • Only Individuals aged eighteen (18) years and above residing in Nigeria can apply to be a distributor of the Company or any individual that has attained the age of majority in his/her country of residence can apply to be a distributor of the Company. Application using company or other than personal name will not be processed.
    • The Company has the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
    • A distributor of the Company is not an agent, representative or employee of the Company.
    • All applications must be sponsored by an existing authorized distributor.
    • Distributorship of a distributor shall be limited to himself/herself only.

 

  • BONUS PAYMENT
    • All bonuses are computed monthly and based on the Business Value (BV) generated by a distributor in a given
    • Monthly Bonus will be issued from the 10th of the following month, and with tax deducted.
    • Upon receiving their monthly Bonus Statement, distributors should check to ensure the figures are accurate. Any queries should be made within Fourteen (14) days from the issuing date of the Statements, after which the Company reserves the right to ignore any enquiry.

 

  • REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY DISTRIBUTORS OF THE COMPANY
    • The Company’s distributors shall present the KEDI business and Company’s products truthfully and fairly.
    • It must be made clear that the KEDI business is based on sales of the Company’s It shall be stated that profits only come through hard work and committed efforts.
    • Distributors shall not make claims for any of the Company’s products other than those found in current Company’s literature and/or labels. If the reputation of the Company is damaged for this reason, the distributor concerned will be held responsible for any cost of damages arising from such action. Furthermore he/she shall not bind the Company to any settlement related to such cost of damages.
    • All statements regarding product description and use must conform in every way to the written policies of the Company.

 

  • LABELING AND PACKAGING
    • Distributors shall not reproduce, re-label or re-package any of the Company’s products or cause others to do so.
    • All products of the Company shall be marketed and sold in its original form and package.

 

  • PRICING
    • No distributor is allowed to raise or lower the price of any of the product of the Company with a view to gain higher profit or to promote sales. This action may warrant termination and/or legal action by the Company.
    • The integrity of the Marketing Plan and the confidence of other distributors should be upheld at all times.
    • All products of the Company shall be sold at its Retail Price as decided by the Company.
    • No distributor is allowed to carry out their own promotions or to give offers to sell products unless with the written approval from the Company.

 

  • ADVERTISING AND USE OF NAME, LOGO AND TRADEMARK
    • Distributors shall conduct their business in compliance with all Laws and Regulations that governs businesses in Nigeria, both at Federal and State levels or in their country of residence.
    • The distributor shall not advertise the Company’s products and/or its programs without the prior written consent of the Company.
    • Upon the approval by the Company, distributors shall obtain the requisite advert approval and license from the designated government institution in Nigeria or in their country of residence for any advert placement they intend to make in their KEDI business.
    • Apart from printed materials, which the Company may supply and/or sell to distributors, a distributor should not use the Company’s name, logo, trademark and/or any other representation of the Company without the prior written consent of the Company. Immediately upon expiration or termination of a distributorship the affected distributor:
      • Shall remove and discontinue the use of all the Company’s signs and/or any other representations.
      • Shall not use any name, sign, label stationery and/or any printed material related to the C
    • Distributors shall not use the Company’s name, logo or trademark in any manner that will be detrimental to the reputation or image of the Company. Use of the Company’s name, logo or trademark in a manner that can be detrimental to the Company includes but is not limited to use of the Company’s name, logo or trademark on any Health Test Result document, or on any document that can be implied as a doctor’s prescription.
    • Distributors shall comply strictly to the KEDI Logo Regulation while using the Company’s name, logo or trademark. Distributors shall not do the following: alter or deform the shape of the logo and trademark in anyway; Use the logo and trademark in any manner that expresses or implies that the Company has any affiliation or endorsement with the distributors; Use or register the logo or any part of it as part of another name, logo or trademark.

 

 

DISTRIBUTORS WEBSITES, MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND DIGITAL MEDIA

7.1)          Distributors are entitled to own websites, mobile applications and other digital media for the promotion of their KEDI business. Distributors that intend to own, control or develop a website, mobile application or digital media to promote their KEDI business shall endeavor to comply with all laws of their country of residence that governs the ownership, control and use of website, mobile application or digital media including consumer privacy regulations.

7.2)          Distributors that wish to associate their websites, mobile applications or any other digital media with the Company by using the Company’s name, logo or trademark on their websites, mobile applications or on any other digital media must obtain the prior written approval of the Company. 

7.3)          All websites, mobile applications or any other digital media owned, controlled or developed by distributors are independent and are not affiliated with the Company whether or not they carry the Company’s name, logo or trademark hence, the home pages of distributors’ websites, mobile applications or any other digital media carrying the name, logo or trademark of the Company shall clearly indicate on the home pages displayed to the user that the website, mobile application or digital media belongs to a distributor whose KEDI Identification Number or Service Centre Number will be clearly stated.

7.4)          The following shall apply to all distributors’ websites, mobile applications or any other digital media carrying the Company’s name, logo or trademark:

7.4.1)       The websites, mobile applications or any other digital media shall be used solely for the promotion of their KEDI business. The websites, mobile applications or any other digital media shall not display, promote, market, advertise, sell or contain the products or services of other companies that are in same line of business with the Company;

7.4.2)       The websites, mobile applications or any other digital media shall not contain any information that is untrue, fraudulent and capable of misleading the public.

7.4.3)       Distributors shall indemnify, compensate and be liable to any user for the loss or damages he/she may suffer as a result of the use of the websites, mobile applications or any other digital media and the Company shall not share the liability with the distributor.

 

  1. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERVICE CENTRE OWNERS AND DISTRIBUTORS THAT OPERATE THROUGH THE SERVICE CENTRE
    • Service Centre Owners and the distributors are independent distributors in their KEDI business. Distributors that operate through the Service Centre by submission of Achievement, collection of bonus and payment of money for the purchase of products and any other transaction in their KEDI business, acknowledge that the Service Centre Owner shall be responsible for such transaction.
    • Distributors shall be diligent and committed when transacting with Service Centre Owners to avoid any form of dispute.

 

  1. PROHIBITED ACTS

9.1)          It is prohibited for any distributor to withhold the pink copies of the Application Forms and Order Forms belonging to another distributor.

9.2)          It is prohibited for any distributor to fraudulently withhold the Achievements, embezzle the payment for Achievement or divert the points of another distributor.

9.3)          Distributors shall not fraudulently divert the bonuses belonging to another distributor.

9.4)          The Distributors shall not fraudulently divert or withhold the DPBV products of another distributor.

9.5)          Distributors shall not do anything that is detrimental to the KEDI business of other distributors or other downlines that he/she controls. For the purpose of these Rules and Regulations, actions by distributors that are detrimental to the KEDI business of other distributors are actions that cause loss and damages to the KEDI business of a distributor and makes it impracticable or impossible for the distributor to continue with his/her KEDI business.

 

  1. DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

           

10.1)        Where a distributor does any of the acts mentioned in rule 9 above, the aggrieved distributor shall first endeavor to resolve the issue with the violating distributor.

10.2)        The Company reserves the right to take disciplinary actions against the violating distributor. Such disciplinary actions include but are not limited to withholding all forms of bonus, termination of distributorship, suspension of the right to participate in any promo organized by the Company, withholding the promo award if any, or taking legal action against the violating distributor.  

 

  1. CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, DEATH OR INCAPACITY

 

  • The Company may cancel or terminate the distributorship of any distributor for any non-compliance, breach and/or violation of any of the Rules and Regulations of the Company.
  • The Company may proceed with legal action for any damage to which it is entitled to by law.
  • Any distributor may opt to terminate his/her distributorship upon submitting a written notice to the Company whereby the downlines will be transferred to the upline/
  • Only after six (6) months of his/her voluntary termination/ termination by the Company will a distributor be allowed to reapply in writing for a new distributorship subject to the Company’s approval.
  • During the six (6) month of his/her termination period, a distributor is not permitted, either directly or indirectly to participate in the building or development of any distributorship of the Company.
  • Any distributor whose distributorship has been terminated shall no longer be entitled to the benefits and status of his/her distributorship.
  • Any person reapplying to become a distributor shall not lay claim to any of his/her bonuses/incentives, rank or level, which he/she enjoyed or held prior to his/her termination.
  • Upon the demise or incapacity of a distributor, the distributorship can be transferred to the beneficiary (spouse, children or parents) of the distributor upon the written approval of the Company and these Rules and Regulations shall apply to the beneficiary.

 

  1. PRINCIPLES OF SPONSORSHIP
    • It is against the Company’s policy for any distributor to change sponsor through any means. Any application submitted with the intent to change sponsor will be rejected.
    • It is against the Company’s policy for a distributor to be sponsored under two or more distributorship. Such conduct will result in the termination of his/her distributorship.
    • Any violation of the above mentioned rules might result in taking appropriate actions to pass up all the distributor’s benefits and Business Value (BV) of his/her personal group to his/her upline distributors by the Company.

 

  1. SALE OR TRANSFER OF DISTRIBUTORSHIP

The sale or transfer of KEDI distributorship will be subjected to the following conditions:

13.1)  Only distributor in good standing with the Company and having rank of Five Star Consultant and above may sell his/her distributorship. The distributor must write to the Company for approval before any sale of distributorship can be made. Approval is based on the review of the proposed buyer’s qualification and intention to manage and will be subjected to the consent and approval by the Company. Distributor in good standing shall mean a distributor that has not been subjected to any form of disciplinary action by the Company or a distributor that does not have any proven petition against him/her.

13.2)  The sale of distributorship shall be handled through the following preferential order:

            First priority: The distributor’s immediate sponsor

            Second priority: Any upline distributor

            Third priority: One of the direct downline distributors sponsored by the distributor

            Fourth priority: One of the distributors in KEDI with the rank of Director and above.

13.3)  Upon approval of the sale by the Company, a sale and purchase agreement must be signed between the buyer and seller. A copy of the duly stamped sale and purchase agreement must be extended to the Company for filing.

13.4)  In the case of transfer of distributorship, only distributor with rank of Director and above may apply for the transfer. The transfer request will only be considered provided the distributorship is transferred to the immediate family namely, spouse, children or parents. Any request for transfer to non-immediate family member will be considered as sale of distributorship and therefore will be subjected to the conditions as stated in 13.1), 13.2) and 13.3). All applications for transfer of distributorship must provide the necessary documents as proof of their relationship.

13.5)  Any distributor who has sold or transferred his/her distributorship can only apply to join as distributor after one year from the date of the sale or transfer. Accordingly, he or she will start from the very beginning as if he or she is a newly registered distributor.

13.6) All bonuses yield by the sold distributorship will be paid to the new owner. The awards and recognition previously awarded to the distributor will be transferred to the new owner, if the new owner is presently a distributor of the Company. However, the new owner has to be on a higher level or same level with the distributor that has sold his distributorship before he/she can acquire any due awards and recognition of the transferred distributorship.

13.7)  Selling and buying of existing distributorship as a means of changing distributorship is generally discouraged; the Company will closely scrutinize such transactions for violation of other important policies.

13.8)  The seller gives up his/her distributorship in the Company (if he/she is already a distributor, any downline he/she may have will roll up to his/her sponsor) and the buyer assumes the position of the seller.

13.9)  The Company reserves the right to disapprove any sale or transfer of distributorship without having to give any reason.

  1. WAIVER

14.1)  The failure of the Company to exercise any right stated in the Rules and Regulations or in the Distributor Application Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the Company’s rights to demand exact compliance therewith.

14.2)  Any waiver by the Company can and shall only be effected in writing by an authorized personnel of the Company.

            The Rules and Regulations are subjected to changes and/or amendments, which the Company may make from time to time without having to issue any prior notice.

Distributors should not rely upon the material or information on the Distributor’s Manual as a basis for making any business, legal or any other decisions. Any reliance placed on such material is therefore strictly at distributor’s own risk.

16.2) The Company will not be liable for any false, inaccurate, inappropriate or incomplete information provided by any distributor.

16.3) To the extent permitted by law, in no circumstances shall the Company be liable to a distributor or any other third party for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, damage for loss of business or loss of profits) arising directly or indirectly from the use of or inability to confirm the accuracy of any such information provided by any distributor.

16.4) Opinions expressed by distributors are theirs alone, and do not reflect the opinions of the Company. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of any information supplied by the distributors or in relation to any comments that are made. Distributors should always endeavour to confirm the accuracy or correctness of such information.

16.5) Any distributor that misuses the Company’s name, logo or trademark or makes use of the name, logo or trademark in any manner that does not conform with the specifications of the KEDI Logo Regulation does so at his/her own risk and such distributor shall be liable to indemnify and compensate the Company or any third party that may suffer loss or damages as a result of the misuse or non-compliance to the KEDI Logo Regulation.
