SECOND EDITION OF KEDI 2021 FOUNDATION TRAINING: RELEARNING FOR BUSINESS GROWTH

According to Alvin Toffler, the illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write but those who fail to unlearn and relearn. The MLM industry is vast and dynamic and change remains the only constant thing. So, to move with the current business trend, unlearning and relearning modern business practices are imperative for growth and relevance in the business. In view of the above and in line with our Five Years Development aimed at dishing out free and in-depth training periodically with the aim of equipping distributors with the rudiments of the business as well as current business positioning methods and global innovative trends, the management of KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Limited has lined up series of training for her distributors this business year amongst which is the just-concluded SECOND EDITION OF KEDI 2021 FOUNDATION TRAINING. While the distributors were still relieving the awesome experience of the first edition of the training which was held at all our Training Centres and some selected centres nationwide on 15th and 16th of February, 2021; the second edition which was successfully held on 24th and 25th of May was even more insightful and highly educative. Some of the locations where the training was held are Apapa Training Centre in Lagos, Kano Training Centre in Kano State, Benin Training Centre in Edo State, Enugu Training Centre in Enugu State, Port-Harcourt Training Centre in Rivers State, Ilorin Training Centre in Kwara State, Uyo Training Centre in Akwa-Ibom State, Abuja Training Centre in the Federal Capital Territory, Yola Training Centre in Adamawa State, Ibadan Training Centre in Oyo State, Bauchi Training Centre in Bauchi State, Onitsha Training Centre in Anambra State, Owerri Regional Office in Imo State, Onitsha Regional Office in Anambra State, Abeokuta Regional Office in Ogun State, Osogbo Regional Office in Osun State, Ado-Ekiti Regional Office in Ekiti State, Aba Regional Office in Abia State, Southwest Regional Office in Ibadan, Oyo State, Akwanga in Lafia, Nasarawa State, Abakaliki in Ebonyi State, Jalingo in Taraba State, Agbor in Delta State, Calabar in Cross River State amongst others. Representing the Company at this 2-day training were: Mr. Charles Nweke – Marketing Manager, Ms. Margaret Idonijie – North Regional Supervisor, Mr. Nathaniel Adede – South Regional Supervisor, Mr. Nicholas Anigala – North East Regional Officer, Ms. Kelechi Onyeri – North West Regional Officer, Mr. Abel Akogwu – South East Regional Marketing Assistant, Mr. Abiodun Omolade – South West Regional Marketing Assistant, Mr. Emmanuel Ogazi – South East Regional Officer, Mrs. Amaka Annieh – South South Regional Marketing Assistant and all Branch Staff nationwide. Top leaders trooped out from different parts of the country to grace and add glam to the event by sharing their business experiences as well as their business success methods in order to motivate the attendees and urge them to replicate their success methods in a bid to enable them produce equal or more results. Some of the top leaders in attendance include: Mrs. Hope Morris, Mrs. Maryam Marva, Alhaji Adamu Dodo, Mr. Emmanuel Christian, Mr. Oluwafemi Amusan, Mr. Muritala, Mrs. Davida Onwe, Mr. Matthew Sunday, Mrs. Mercy Udoh, Mr. Edith Etim, Mr. Kilanko Richard, Chief Rich Adiele, Mr. Isaac Ajisafe, Mr. Egbeniyi Moses, Mr. Bashiru Mohammed, Mr. Jonathan Ibrahim, Mr. Adeniran Adeyinka to mention a few. Open to One Star Consultant Distributors to Four Star Consultant Distributors, the training was well structured to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the attendees. Many distributors who missed the first edition embraced with open arms, the golden opportunity that the second edition of the training offered, in order to tap into the knowledge-bank of the lecturers and top leaders who came from far and near to share their wealth of experience with the attendees who listened with rapt attention. The 2-day training featured different lecturers who painstakingly handled the sixteen (16) different lectures that make up the training’s schedule. The cloudy weather which was followed by a torrent rainfall didn’t stop the people of Akwanga in Nasarawa State as distributors attended the training with all enthusiasm and their expectations were exceeded as they were taken through different sessions on the Company’s Profile, Distributor’s Code of Ethics, ABC Rule, Power of Invitation and Prospecting, Business Goal Setting, Relationship Building, Personal Grooming, Success Recipes, Team Building, Success Analogy, Wealth Creation and so on. The training started late in Aba, Abia State due to the curfew imposed by the State Government in a bid to curtail the unrest which has been plaguing the State in recent times. After the expiration of the curfew, distributors came out en masse to the venue in order to enjoy the depth of the articulate trainers who left no stone unturned in divulging the fundamentals of KEDI products and business to the attendees. Top Leaders present in Agbor, Delta State took turns to explicitly answer the questions posed by the attendees whose thirst after the business and product knowledge were howbeit unquenchable. Using themselves as worthy examples, they enunciated practicable steps that distributors can replicate to grow and earn more in the business. Addressing the Company’s Representative in an after-event interview, the owners of Service Centres 122 and 503 in Calabar, Cross River State showered encomiums on the management of KEDI for organizing such magnitude of training which they affirmed would help distributors to know more about the Company and her offerings and also empower distributors with the requisite knowledge for business growth and expansion. A versatile interpreter was engaged in Jalingo, Taraba State in a bid to effectively communicate with the mixed crowd which comprised of lettered and unlettered distributors who were willing to learn about the intricacies of KEDI business and products. One of the Top Leaders present who doubles as a beneficiary of KEDI 2020 Car Award Promo exemplified the axiom “seeing is believing” by showcasing the car he won to the thrilled audience as one of the benefits they stand to enjoy as they grow in the business. This singular action spurred the attendees who left the training venue elated and mentally empowered to KEDIFY the world and enjoy financial independence while at it. At the end of the 2-day training, certificates were presented to the attendees, group photographs were taken, and some of the attendees extended their appreciation to the management of KEDI for their magnanimity and promised to birth forth greatness as a result of all they have learnt.
